Refunds & Returns

Singapore

• All purchases can be returned within 7 working days to be exchanged for another product of similar value, higher or store credits.
• Returned item should be in the exact same condition as it was delivered.
• If product value for returns is higher a top up of the difference is required.
• All refunds and returns should be made at Pioneer juncton 3 soon lee street #0606, S627606 during operating hours. 
• Refunds will only be issued for items paid for but not in stock.

International

• All purchases can be returned within 30 working days to be exchanged for another product of similar value, higher or store credits.
• Returned item should be in the exact same condition as it was delivered.
• If product value for returns is higher a top up of the difference is required.
• All refunds and returns should be made at Pioneer juncton 3 soon lee street #0606, S627606 during operating hours. 
• All shipping cost for returns is to be borne by customer, safe shipment delivery of returns is the customers responsibility.
• Refunds will only be issued for items paid for but not in stock.
